Each is designed for specific mowing environments and if you choose correctly, based upon where you live and the prevailing climatic conditions, you'll maximise your lawnmower's working life.

Sturdy All-Steel Chassis
The strong powder-coated steel chassis on the other hand, is perfect for drier conditions. It's rust and corrosion resistant, economically priced, comes with a 480mm (19") cutting width, and is ideally suited for sandy environments and regions without high rainfall.

Lightweight Alloy Chassis
Victa's high-arch alloy chassis offers a long rust-free life and is ideal for both humid climates and coastal areas. It's available in 50.5cm or 480mm (19") cutting width configurations and is particularly well suited for lush or damp conditions.
