Terms & Conditions

1. Information on how to enter forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By entering this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. The promotion commences at 12.01am AEST on 1st August 2026 and closes at 3pm AEST on 18th September 2026 (“Promotion Period”). Entries received after the closing date will not be accepted.
3. The promoter is RGS (Roy Gripske & Sons Pty Ltd) ("the Promoter") of 11 Sodium Street, Narangba, QLD 4504.
4. Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over and who reside in New South Wales (NSW) only.
5. Employees of the Promoter, its associated companies, resellers, agencies, and their immediate families are ineligible to enter. Immediate family includes spouse, de facto spouse, parent, child, sibling, grandparent, grandchild, aunt, uncle, niece, nephew, first cousin, step-relations and adoptive relations.
6. To be eligible for the Promotion, entrants must complete the online entry form via the official competition landing page at website.victa.com.au/tcm-giveaway-2026. Entries submitted by any other means will not be accepted.
   • Upload a photo ("Victa Selfie") of you and an old or new Victa lawn mower, ensuring the Victa branding is clearly visible.
   • Submit a clear, well-lit, high-resolution photo featuring the Victa lawn mower.
   • Answer the question: In 25 words or less, tell us about your Victa mower.
   • Submit the requested details including their first name, last name, email address, phone number, postcode in the form.
   • Tick the checkbox confirming they have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
   • Submit the fully completed entry form.
7. An entrant may make a maximum of one (1) entry during the promotion period. Multiple entries are not permitted.
8. By submitting an entry, entrants agree that:

• The submitted image is their own original photograph.
• They have permission from any person appearing in the photograph.
• The image does not infringe the rights of any third party.
• The submitted content is not offensive, defamatory, unlawful or inappropriate.

11. Entries must be received by the promoter for the Victa x Touring Car Masters Giveaway Experience promotion by 3pm AEST 18th September 2026.
12. Any contact details provided incorrectly over the Internet or telephone may be deemed by the Promoter as an invalid claim and the Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, delayed, corrupted, incomplete, illegible, misdirected or incorrectly submitted entries due to technical issues, internet failures or any other reason beyond the Promoter's control. 
13. By entering this promotion, entrants grant the Promoter, its related companies, marketing partners and agencies a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use, reproduce, edit, publish, display and distribute submitted photographs and associated content across marketing, advertising, promotional, digital and social media channels, without additional compensation. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries and entrants, including proof of age, identity, residency and ownership of the submitted Victa product where required.
15. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who:

• Tampers with the entry process;
• Provides false or misleading information;
• Submits an incomplete or invalid entry;
• Submits an AI generated image or AI altered image resembling a Victa mower;
• Breaches these Terms and Conditions. 

14. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining winners. Each entry will be individually judged based on creative merit, literary merit and originality of the answer provided to the promotional question.
15. Judging will take place at the Promoter's offices on or around 21st September 2026. Winners will be contacted on or around this period. The judges may select additional reserve winners in the event that a selected winner is deemed ineligible, is unable to accept the prize or the selected winner declines to attend.
16. The selected winners must confirm acceptance and attendance in writing of the prize/event no later than 25th September 2026 3pm AEST to the promoter. If no communication of acceptance/attendance confirmation is received by this date and time the promoter reserves the right to select and contact the next winner.
17. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
18. Winners will be notified by email and telephone using the contact details supplied in their entry.
19. A total of one (1) winner will be selected, with the winner receiving two (2) general admission tickets and (2) pit passes to the 2026 Repco Bathurst 1000 for the Sunday Race (11th October).
20. The total prize pool includes:

• Two (2) Repco Bathurst 1000 general admission tickets and two (2) pit passes for the selected winner for the Sunday Race 11th October 2026
• Guest access to the Victa Touring Car Masters Sponsor Lounge
• A BRT Supercar Pit Lane Tour, giving the winner the opportunity to view the Liqui-Moly / Blahst / Victa / Bushranger Supercar up close
• Meet the Victa Supercar driver Aaron Cameron

22. Additional spending money, meals, insurance, accomodation, travel/transport to or from Bathurst, items of a personal nature and all other ancillary costs are not included.

23. Winners are responsible for arranging and paying for their own travel to and from Bathurst.
24. Winners must be available to attend the 2026 Repco Bathurst 1000 for the Sunday Race event held on the 11th October 2026. If a winner is unable to attend during this date, the prize will be forfeited.
25. The Prize is only for the Repco Bathurst 1000 2026, and not transferable to another event or year. 
26. The prize is not redeemable for cash and cannot be exchanged.
27. Winners may not transfer their prize to another person
28. Attendance at the Bathurst 1000 is subject to the event venue's ticketing terms and conditions. The event organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove the winner or attendee for inappropriate, unsafe, or intoxicated behaviour.
29. If the promotion cannot proceed as planned due to circumstances beyond the Promoter's reasonable control, including but not limited to technical failures, natural disasters, government restrictions or event cancellation, the Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the promotion, subject to applicable legislation.
30. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability for any loss, damage, injury, expense or claim arising directly or indirectly from participation in the promotion or acceptance or use of any prize, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
31. Personal information collected during this promotion will be handled in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy and used for the administration of the promotion and, where consent has been provided, for future marketing communications.
32. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions where required, subject to applicable laws and regulatory approvals.
33. This promotion is conducted in accordance with the laws of Australia and any applicable New South Wales trade promotion legislation.
